Experimental principle:

Put the battery into the battery box and connect the circuit. The rotation of the fan blade drives the foam particles to rotate quickly. We find that the foam particles are adsorbed on the inner wall of the plastic cup when turn it off.
Because after the power is turned on, the rotation of the fan blade generates wind, and the wind makes the foam fly. Due to the limited space, the flying foam and the inner wall of the plastic cup continuously “contact and separate” and generate static electricity. When the fan stops, because the foam is very light, it is easy to be attracted by static electricity, so we can see that they are Adsorbed to the inner wall of the cup without falling off.
